By Next book signing for The Longest Walk will be at Otter Lane Book Shop on Main St. Anoka during the annual Galentines Day event on Saturday, February 8. My friend Niecy Olson, owner of Otter Lane, has the book for sale for $12.00. Since this is a romance story, it is the perfect gift for Galentines Day (even a gift for yourself!). I will be in the store for the first hour to sign books, and then again from 12:00 – 3:00, but you can buy them all day long. Niecy has even decided to give a little surprise to the first few books sold! I will also have copies of The Seduction of Paradise available if anyone happens to be interested. Kev, congrats, but what is Galentine? At first I thought it was just a typo, but then saw it 3X. Received your book today. Thanks so much for it and your nice message. Anxious to read it! Let me know if they need any extras for the movie!

Galentines Day was something Amy Poehler started on her show Parks and Recreation. It was meant as a time for “Gals” prior to Valentines Day. Galantines Day is February 13. Many places around the country now celebrate Galentines Day just for Fun. Anoka has a special shopping day every year the Saturday before Valentines Day and they have a lot of cool little special things. I get to be part of the festivities this year.
